We make small-batch hot sauces in Folsom, CA using Plumas County-made Lost Sierra Honey and a mix of local and home-grown peppers, fruit, and produce.
Our goal is to make hot sauces that are focused on flavor, not just heat.
Whether smoked, fermented, or fresh, we feature recipes with home-grown, unique peppers from the owner’s home garden, along with Sacramento-county grown super-hot peppers and peppers from local markets.
